To cancel or modify an order, please contact us via email or text. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive experience. Cancellations must be requested at least 2 business days before the scheduled pickup or shipping date. Once order preparation has begun, no changes, modifications, or cancellations can be made.
