Shipping and Pickup Policy

Pickup Location: Highland City, Florida Orders not picked up on the agreed date and time are not eligible for refunds or store credit. Shipping is available every day of the week within the United States via UPS, and to Puerto Rico via USPS, from Monday through Saturday. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or for packages marked as "delivered" that are later reported as lost. Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur additional reshipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable for delays caused by closed locations or denied access to the delivery site. Estimated delivery times do not account for unexpected weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates. We are not responsible for delivery delays resulting from high shipping volumes experienced by carriers.
