Orders not picked up on the agreed date and time are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
Shipping is available daily within the United States via UPS and to Puerto Rico via USPS from Monday through Saturday.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, high shipping volumes experienced by carriers, or for packages marked as "delivered" that are later reported as lost.
Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur additional reshipping charges.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for delays caused by closed locations or denied access to the delivery site.
Estimated delivery times do not include unexpected weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates.
